THE INSIGHT BEHIND NANO SKINZ

A Scientific Question That Changed Everything

Nano Skinz was co-founded by Shaylynn, a Biological Sciences graduate from Nanyang Technological University with scientific research experience at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

 

After repeated laser treatments failed to deliver lasting improvements for pigmentation, she began asking a different question:

 

Why are so many skincare products used in Southeast Asia developed for entirely different climates?

 

That question became the foundation of Nano Skinz.

 

Rather than chasing skincare trends, we evaluate ingredients, formulations and technologies through the lens of Southeast Asia's heat, humidity and year-round UV exposure — creating skincare designed for the environment it is actually used in.
